Leah Jameson

Leah Jameson Trauma Specialist at Feeling To Healing Clinic

Leah is a specialist psychologist with doctoral-level training in Counselling Psychology, dedicated to supporting adult survivors of Childhood  Sexual Abuse (CSA). With a strong background in trauma-informed care, Leah works with adults who may appear to cope well externally but privately struggle with anxiety, emotional disconnection, or the lingering impact of past trauma. Her approach empowers clients to reconnect with a stronger, more grounded sense of self.

Leah’s clinical experience spans diverse settings, including inpatient NHS services, private practice, and specialist trauma organisations. She combines academic rigour with compassionate practice, tailoring her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual she supports. Her work is grounded in a commitment to high-quality psychological care for those living with the long-term effects of early trauma.

Therapeutic Approach

Leah integrates a range of psychological models to deliver thoughtful, responsive therapy that evolves with the client’s needs. Her main modalities include:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Helps clients recognise and shift unhelpful patterns in thought, emotion, and behaviour

Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores how early experiences and relational patterns may still be shaping the present

Systemic Therapy
Considers the impact of family, culture, and wider relationships on psychological well-being.

Whether you are seeking focused tools to manage the present or space for deeper emotional processing, Leah works collaboratively to create a therapeutic journey that fosters empowerment, clarity, and resilience.
