What causes insomnia
The most common causes are:
- Sstress, anxiety or depression
- A room that’s too hot or cold
- Incomfortable beds
- Alcohol, caffeine or nicotine
- Recreational drugs like cocaine or ecstasy
- Jet lag
- Shift work
